This page outlines your rights under our Money-Back Guarantee, our Product Warranty, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
60-Day Money-Back Trial
We know that everyone’s body is different — which is why we offer a risk-free 60-day trial on all POSTUREdome products.
If, within 60 days of receiving your POSTUREdome, you find it’s not quite right for you, we’ll offer a full refund(excluding shipping), no questions asked.
Conditions:
· The trial period starts from the delivery date.
· The product must be returned in original or reasonably used condition.
· You must contact us before returning your item to receive a return reference.

12-Month Manufacturing Warranty
All POSTUREdome products come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What’s covered:
· Manufacturing faults
· Faulty valves and seams that affect performance
· Defects in materials that occur under normal, intended use
What’s not covered:
· General wear and tear
· Damage from misuse or accidental punctures
· Failure to follow care instructions or overinflation
· Damage caused by third-party accessories
If you believe your POSTUREdome has a fault covered by this warranty, we’ll repair it, replace it, or offer a refund — at our discretion.

· A description of the issue
· Your order number
· Clear photos or video of the fault
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Our team will provide return instructions and a reference number.
3. Carefully package the item and include your name and return reference.
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
