POSTUREdome — Terms of Service

Effective Date: 14 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the POSTUREdome website, online store, and related services (the “Platform”) operated by POSTUREdome Pty Ltd (ABN 89 677 802 587, ACN 677 802 587). By using the Platform or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. About POSTUREdome

POSTUREdome designs and sells patent-pending posture-support devices. The Platform is an e-commerce store; products are sold exclusively online. POSTUREdome is not a medical device manufacturer and our products are not medical devices (see Section 8).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from or use the Platform.

3. Ordering and payment

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we send a shipping confirmation. Prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud is suspected or pricing errors occur.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the addresses and regions listed on the Platform. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. For full shipping details, see our Shipping Policy on the Platform.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Returns Policy (available on the Platform) governs returns, exchanges, and refunds. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law to a remedy (including a refund, replacement, or repair) for goods that do not meet consumer guarantees.

6. Your account

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Notify us at care@posturedome.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You can request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@posturedome.com.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform unlawfully, disrupt it, introduce malware, scrape it, or impersonate others.

8. Product disclaimer

POSTUREdome products are not medical devices. They are ergonomic support devices designed to assist users in developing and maintaining good postural habits. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Before using any POSTUREdome product, consult a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns, injuries, or conditions. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience any unusual symptoms.

We use the YADlife app as a platform to help show customers how to use the POSTUREdome device and to promote full-body awareness. YADlife Pty Ltd is a separate company and its services are governed by its own terms and privacy practices. If you choose to use the YADlife app, you will be subject to YADlife’s separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

9. Our intellectual property

All intellectual property in the Platform and POSTUREdome products — including the POSTUREdome™ name, logo, product designs (patent pending), and content — is owned by or licensed to POSTUREdome Pty Ltd. See our Intellectual Property page for details.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. For goods, where permitted, our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited (at our option) to replacing the goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the price paid.

11. Limitation of liability

Subject to Section 10, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; and our total liability will not exceed the greater of the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim and AUD 100.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify POSTUREdome against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see posturedome.com/pages/privacy-policy). POSTUREdome does not collect consumer health data. If you use the YADlife app, that information is governed by YADlife’s privacy practices.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia. Mandatory consumer protections of your local law are not overridden.
