1. WHO WE ARE

POSTUREdome is designed to support natural posture and sitting comfort. We offer a unique posture device and related services, including digital access to educational and wellbeing tools via the seperate YADlife platform. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we’re referring to POSTUREdome Pty Ltd.

 

2. USING OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES

By using our website, buying a POSTUREdome product, or accessing any of our resources, you’re agreeing to:

· Use the site for lawful purposes only.

· Be the legal age of majority in your location (or have parental/guardian consent).

· Not misuse our services (e.g., hacking, spreading malware, impersonating others).

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block access if we believe our Terms are being violated or misused.

POSTUREdome is designed to support posture during sitting. However, it is not a medical device and does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. It may not be suitable for everyone.

If you have a history of severe lower back or pelvic issues (such as disc bulging, degenerative joint disease, or other complex musculoskeletal conditions), we strongly advise taking a slow and gentle approach, as outlined in our FAQs and product guide. Our money-back trial is in place to help you determine whether POSTUREdome is the right fit for your body.

4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

All payments are securely processed via our ecommerce platform (Shopify), and your credit card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

 

6. RETURNS & MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We stand behind our product and offer a money-back guarantee if POSTUREdome isn’t right for you. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details, including timelines, condition of returned items, and how to initiate a return.

 

7. OPTIONAL DIGITAL ACCESS (YADlife APP)

Purchasing a POSTUREdome may include free or trial access to the YADlife app, a separate wellness and education platform owned by WorkFlow Massage Pty Ltd. Access to the app is optional and subject to separate terms and privacy conditions.

POSTUREdome Pty Ltd is not responsible for data or content submitted by users via the app. If you subscribe or register through the app, your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

Sometimes, we may link to other websites, platforms, or apps. We’re not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Please read their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

13. RELATIONSHIP WITH THIRD PARTIES

Use of the YADlife App

POSTUREdome Pty Ltd is a separate and independent company from YADlife Pty Ltd. The YADlife app is not owned, managed, or operated by POSTUREdome.

However, the YADlife platform may be made available to POSTUREdome users to enhance the user experience — including access to education, posture support, and movement-based programs. This use is strictly for convenience and value-added support.

POSTUREdome does not provide, control, or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of any information or services offered within the YADlife app. Any engagement with the YADlife app is subject to YADlife’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

 

14. CROSS-PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

From time to time, POSTUREdome may offer bundled promotions or incentives that include access to the YADlife app(e.g. a complimentary subscription period).

Such offers do not imply ownership or legal partnership between the two companies. All bundled or promotional access to YADlife is provided as-is and governed solely by YADlife Pty Ltd’s own terms, which users must accept separately.

If you accept a bundled offer, you acknowledge that:

· POSTUREdome is not responsible for technical issues, content, or personal data within the YADlife app.

· YADlife’s services and data handling are governed by their own policies, not POSTUREdome’s.

· You must create a separate account with YADlife if you choose to use their app.

 

15. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POSTUREdome Pty Ltd and its team from any claims, liabilities, legal fees, or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our site, services, or product.

 

16. TERMINATION
