Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be processed at the start of the next week.
Our warehouse operates out of Adelaide South Australia and follows local public holiday schedules.
Note: During busy periods (launches, public holidays, sales), dispatch times may be slightly delayed — but we’ll always hustle to get your order moving.

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Notes
· Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout — we can’t change shipping addresses after your order is placed.
· If you're not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point for pickup.
