POSTUREdome — Returns & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 14 June 2026

We want you to be completely satisfied with your POSTUREdome purchase. If you are not, this policy explains your options.

1. 30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your POSTUREdome product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Contact care@posturedome.com to initiate a return.

2. How to return

  • Email care@posturedome.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a return shipping address and any instructions.
  • Ship the product back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or we made an error.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Faulty or damaged products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, contact care@posturedome.com immediately. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

5. International orders

International customers may return products under this policy. Additional customs or duties on returns are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds for international orders will be in AUD.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, return it under this policy and place a new order.
